Recently, purchased a Kawasaki Mule SX from this dealership. The unit was clean and ready to go upon my arrival picking it up. It was a very nice dealership with friendly staff, I dealt with Eric and he was great to work with and also very helpful . I would highly recommend them and will definitely do business with them again in the future.

This purchase happened completely over the phone and by mail as I am located 700 miles from the showroom. Kyle was very attentive and answered all questions, provided video, and kept me up to day on the shipping status. Chad was also easy to work with on the final purchase. All in all it was a great experience and I hope to find myself in the area someday to thank them personally.

Kyle Kompas was our Sales Associate when we purchased a used 2022 Can Am Spyder Sea to Sky. The entire experience, start to finish, including delivery was an easy and pleasant experience. I am happy to share my experience purchasing my new 2023 Honda Rebel 1100 motorcycle from Kyle, at Southeast Sales in Milwaukee. I have purchased many motorcycles throughout my life and I can say without question, my experience with Kyle and other associates at Southeast Sales was the best I have ever experienced. Without boring you with a long tale of woe, I actually contracted with another dealer to purchase a 2022 Honda Rebel. I signed the contract on September 2022, with the understanding that my bike would be delivered in a month or six weeks. After 5 months of delays, I was finally informed that my bike would not be delivered as promised. That made sense since the 2023 models were already being sold at other dealerships. I immediately began looking on-line for an available Rebel 1100. I found one listed at Southeast Sales and contacted salesperson Kyle. Kyle said he had the bike on the showroom floor and was kind enough to place a "HOLD" tag on the bike knowing that I would be in the next day to speak with him. I bought the bike the next day and Kyle and the individual handling HondaCare extended warrantees were professional, honest and extremely helpful. I asked Kyle if any adjustment to the sale price could be made for a cash sale and he telephoned the owner of Southeast Sales. Southeast Sales is one of the foremost Kawasaki dealerships in the nation and as a result, they invited the owner of Southeast Sales to enjoy a free trip to a warm climate as a reward. John was probably pool-side when he answered the phone and after the conversation, Kyle advised me of the price discount John offered. I was astounded by the price reduction, especially knowing the level of demand for Honda Rebel 1100's. While my documents were being processed, Kyle introduced me to the Parts Manager as well as the professional service staff. From start to finish, I could not have been treated better! If I have a great purchasing experience, I make sure everyone knows it. I have already shared my experience with friends and family and I want any potential patron to know they will be treated very well at Southeast Sales. Best motorcycle buying experience ever!!!

I went looking for a CBR 600 F3 to replace the pristine '97 model some scrounge stole out of my driveway. On Cycletrader I found what appeared to be a 1999 F4. Close enough, but it was at Southeast Sales in Wisconsin and I am in western North Carolina. However, Southeast Sales advertised that the would ship a bike anywhere in the lower 48 for $399.00. I couldn't have flown out there and ridden the bike home for less than almost twice that amount.

I called the dealership and ended up talking with "John," the CEO. He called me on my cell 'phone while I was driving to South Carolina for a meeting. After some negotiating, we came together on a price contingent on more pics of the bike. John did better than that. He had a video made showing a 360-walk around of the bike, complete with the sound track of it running, with a shot of the tachometer so I could see that it was at proper idle and running smoothly (with four carburetors you can't be too careful).

Long story short, I put a down payment to secure the bike and sent the balance via Cashier's Check, and in the process, John sent me all of the necessary paperwork, Disclosures, Purchase Contract, etc. Shipment was scheduled and it only took 5-days for the motorcycle to arrive. The title and registration documents arrived a few days later. The bike is even better than it looked on Southeast's website. Southeast even installed a new battery to insure that there would be no problems with the bike starting when it arrived in NC. THAT'S real attention to Customer Satisfaction. I couldn't be more satisfied with a transaction than I am with the purchase of my "new" CBR600F4. You simply could not buy from a more quality selection of motorcycles, nor work with a better, more customer-oriented dealership than Southeast Sales. Five stars across the board !

After doing a lot of looking and research on the type of bike I wanted, I found Southeast sales. They had a 2019 Voyager and the price was very competitive and beat all the other dealers around. John and his staff were very fast to respond to my emails and provided me with a very fair and decent price for my trade. Although they are 3 hours away, I am very happy to have found the dealership. They unloaded my trade, loaded up the new bike and were extremely helpful in all aspects of the sale. I would recommend Southeast sales to anyone looking for a honest dealership that treats you well and makes you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. Thank you John and staff !

I submitted an inquiry on a 08 Kawasaki ZX6R. I work 7:30am-6pm M-F. Alex, my salesperson, was able contacted me and even gave me his personal phone number so i can keep in touch if i have any questions or needed assistance outside of their normal store ours. And his replies were extremely fast. He even held the motorcycle for me that day to ensure that it will be there ready for me to look at before i bought it. And that was great considering i live about 3hrs away. They even gave me discount for some of my riding gears, making it less expensive to buy there than buying the same product online. I had a very good experience at Southeast Sales, everyone was polite and friendly. I will definitely buy from again compare to other dealerships.

When I first saw their add I thought , this is too good to be true. I emailed back and forth with John and everything he said came true. I was skeptical and kept waiting for the big surprise. Guess what I got the surprise. He was a straight shooter and everything he said or promised he came thru with it. This is by far the best experience in buying any vehicle that I have ever had. John thank you and my hat is off to you . I drove about 160 miles one way for this deal and would not hesitate to do it again. Give him a call you will not be sorry.

I cannot believe how great the customer service is - even before I was an actual customer they were honest upfront and extremely accommodating. They were so good that I chose to drive to Milwaukee and buy my bike from them instead of here in Chicago. They reply to both email requests and phone calls very quickly and, as a female rider, I have been taken seriously and treated with respect - no mansplaining whatsoever here! I'll be a customer for life.

A couple weeks ago when I was on my vacation in Tennessee, I was making my way down and back up blood mountain in Georgia. Then made a lefty on Wolf Pen Gap heading toward Suches. Went to grab my clutch and...nothing. Doesn't budge. Not one bit. So I waive all my buddies to pass me as Suches is just a couple miles up the road, and who uses the clutch anyways? A mile or two more up the way, I roll on the throttle a little to start up the hill....power is gone. Look down and now the engine light is on. So I immediately start downshifting and make it to second gear before the engine just stops and locks the rear end.

Trip over. Load the bike. Trailer it home and to Southeast Sales.

Turns out the nut that holds the clutch basket backed it's way out. Tumbled around and busted up the oil pump and starved the rear cylinder.

Now I'm at 13,500ish miles and out of warranty. After a couple days on the phone with Southeast Sales and KTM USA customer care, KTM decided to build me a brand new motor, send it to Southeast Sales, and have them install it.

I've always been a big fan of KTM. Now I'm a huge fan and extremely grateful.

Went there to buy two bikes. They had a great sale that saved me OVER $10,000 and still bought brand new. Tricked my kid thinking he was getting a WAY smaller motorcycle and Southeast sales helped with putting bows and ribbens on the wrong bike to play along with us.
