Sales Associate: 

We are looking for the best of the best to join our team. People with knowledge in the powersports industry. Providing excellent customer service is mandatory. We have a huge variety of products to sell. Transparency, Great customer service, and FOLLOW-UP is a MUST!!

We have a full line up of motorcycles, ATV's, Utility Vehicles, personal watercraft and more! We have been open since 1964!

Customer Service:

• Model excellent customer service to all of the dealership’s customers.
• Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
• Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
• Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers.
• Assist customers with their selection of merchandise and offer additional product that compliments the purchase.
• Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service.
• Attain new and used sales quotas as agreed upon with the sales manager.
• Maintain profit margin objective for all vehicle sales.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas on a regular basis.
• Do not pre-qualify customers. Ensure they are properly qualified based on their needs, wants and ability to buy.
• Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork.
• Follow procedures for quick and efficient handling of warranty items, including tagging and proper storage of these items.
• Maintain a clean showroom floor, wipe down motorcycles, etc.
• Conduct a road test, and pre-delivery inspection prior to delivery to customer Job Requirements:
• Must have the ability to get along with a broad customer base.
• Knowledge and/or experience in sales of Powersports Products or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn them.
• Able to initiate or demonstrate strong personal sales to function independently and as a part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, safety, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning etc.
• Communicate directly with Service Advisor so customers stay informed if additional concerns arise. Provide estimate of time needed for subsequent repairs
• Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications, under warranty guidelines Qualifications
• Service Technician experience
• Bonus if you're a MMI, Ohio Tech (PSI), dealership or similar experience Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair experience
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Be a good teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Service Technician Assistant : Entry Level:Part/Full Time flexible!

Southeast Sales is in need of part-time or full-time Parts & Apparel Specialist. Your job will be ordering parts for our current and incoming inventory and working with customers, mechanics, and managers to make sure everyone is 110% satisfied. We have motorcycles, ATVs, SXS's and power equipment. New and pre-owned. Women are encouraged to apply.

• Must have some experience ordering vehicle parts or experience that relates.
• You will be working at a parts counter with retail customers.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• This job involves retail transactions with customers.
• You will be working with shipping and receiving.
• You will be assisting customers with all of their needs and wants.
